From the first phone call, where I spoke with Natalee Davenport, to the closing of my new home loan, and throughout the whole process with Kathryn Guerrero, the process was smooth, seamless, speedy, top notch! I got a new home packet upon pre-approval with my pre-approval letter, all the info that they will need for loan documentation and even packing labels like "Kary and Jason's bedroom" So impressive!
