Got my car loan here- never actually been to the physical location. My loan specialist was so helpful and accessible via phone/email, I never even had to be there! Felt confident in my decision, she gave me the carfax and an additional blue book price for the car. Got a very good rate here compared to other folks.

I am a dedicated and Lifetime customer at Credit Union Of Texas because of the transactions and interactions of each individual. I'm blown away by their outstanding customer service time and time again for the last 7 years. Folks like Elizabeth Torres and Cathy Phifer are "Enfuego " and give 110% first class service. It's to easy to recognize bad service these days and most people only want to complain. I just want to share how wonderful It feels when a business is on top of their game. In fact It is great to feel like your coming home to do business. Thank u.

Elizabeth, great banker. This bank will cut your rate lower than any big bank. I tried 4 big banks before this one with my car. Seriously, Go in there and get your payments lowered. You can't beat credit Union rates. This will be my bank forever.

Not enough locations. Going to a sister bank/resource one does not have the same privileges. For example; if you want to use one of their (not Texans credit union) outdoors ATM machine they charge you. However, if you come inside to the lobby they will allow you to withdraw money after you wait in a long line. Also, they do not have a change counter unless you want to pay money.
