Very bad service

Small business owners beware! I went in to set up business banking for my LLC, had to wait a long time, then was treated like a nuisance by the financial advisor. Then the advisor and supervisor got confused when my DBA name also had "LLC" in it. Despite the fact I had my certificate of DBA filing from the Texas Secretary of State, they thought I needed another form and not to have "LLC" in my DBA name. I ended up wasting an hour and a half. Very frustrating.

VERY RACIST, Bank with them getting direct deposit and everything. Pulled funds from my 401(k) to purchase a car but couldn't cash the check. 401(k) pulled from the same employer that does my direct deposit. I was told I can't cash the 401(k) check, they would have to hold it to verify it's not fraud. Called customer service to ask why, then was told I should have been given 2 options to deposit it or Cash it since I have an account with them. Customer service put me on hold and called the branch who told them it is based on the branch to make the decision.
