Horrible! Opened an account with a check and was told the check will clear in 2 days. On the day the check was to clear, I received an email stating there has been a hold placed on my deposit ( the fund were already removed from the account the check was written from). Called customer service and they told me to go to the branch and the branch kept referring me to the 1-866 #. No accountability and horrible customer service! Had to wait 1 hr before speaking to the banker.

Ever since they replaced some tellers with atm machines, I've noticed an increase in wait time. Theres usually a line (couple of people depending on time of day) to get serviced by a human being. Good service. Satisfied. Although I must mention there are two other chase banks literally 5 mins from this location.

await 40 minutes and could not get someone to discuss a car loan if you call the branch - they don't answer the call terrible experience
