Extremely horrible customer service. I am never coming back to this Wells Fargo again, even though it is located near my house. I had a bunch of money rolled into coins and I'm positive that they were counted correctly. An employe named Pearla refused to believe me after counting one roll of quarters and made me empty out all my coins. She was rude and had very poor attitude when counting my money. Pearla asked me "Did you even count your coins? You're not counting right." After counting all of my coins, it was exactly what I told her to begin with. After spending about 40 minutes of my time watching Pearla count my coins I requested to speak to a manager. A woman who was working in the front claimed to be the manager and completely disregarded anything I had to say while Pearla smirked the whole time. All in all, this is a horrible Wells Fargo and I am very disappointed.

Absolutely the WORST Wells Fargo branch I've ever been to. Customer service and knowledge horrible! Go to another branch or bank if you can.

Worst Wells Fargo I have ever had. Lady ignored my parents and ran out to help a young kid that came in about 20 minutes later. They had planned on opening an account but not after this experience.

Recently moved and changed banks. This bank has handled every situation with professional courtesy. The staff is friendly, enthusiastic, and quick to resolve all issues. I'm pleased that I made the switch to Wells Fargo and have this branch nearby.
