Casey Cooke is a good guy. After an initial disaster on our first loan attempt that cost me a great deal of money and a hit on my credit (due to no fault of his own, but an assistant who no longer works there), they made good on a promise to fix it. I now have refinanced my home successfully and have lower payments and more money for my family. Casey followed through on his word and made sure that I was comfortable with everything during the process, and even went the extra mile to get issues fixed as soon as they arose. I would recommend this team based on the integrity and willingness to correct an issue, no matter how large.
