Credit Union of Texas in Irving, TX

How can you have this location closed on Saturday? Very inconvenient.

Absolutely the best bank to work with - I came from Chase and they made the transition so easy :) Never had a problem and tell people all the time about this bank :)

Long wait to obtain a checking account. Just to find out, I needed to bring in other credentials. I have found another bank to use.

I applied for a car loan with this bank. They had me to send in proof of income, Dl, Insurance, etc. I had to call them back after they told me they would call me back in 1 hour with Status of my app. The lady on the phone told me I was approved for my loan, Also via email. All she said she needed was a buyers order from the dealership. No problem. I had the dealership to send over a buyers order. (Remind you I'M AT THE DEALER) Few minutes later this is the email I received. The loan qualifiers reviewed your proof of income this morning and unfortunately were not able to approve your loan because your debt to income ratio is over 60%. We cannot approve loans if that ratios is anything over 50%. It looks like the originally stated income was higher that what the documents showed you making. If you have any questions, please feel free to email me anytime and I will be able to respond as quickly as possible. I’m so sorry that we are not able. Needless to say I went to Neighborhood credit union, They had no problem giving me a loan with a better (APR).. I will NEVER do business with this bank!!!!
