I am a real estate appraiser who has done work for this company. They wrote me a bad check and I am trying to collect.

bad phone numbers for this company. Company will not even to spend the time to update their phone numbers and finally a live person reached sent me to a terrible automated system.

I would not recommend this company as they will delay your entire process then change your closing cost the day of closing. To ensure that you comply you will be forced to pay or lose your home... Horrible inter and external customer service. I will ensure that this goes on every social media site in the country.

Terrible company, I never asked them to call me, they called me every day for months, even after I asked them to stop several times. Yesterday, I told them to stop, and they called me back the same day and left a harassing message. They called me hispanic, so I take it they are racist, and I have the recording so if anyone wants to hear it, hit me up. I will post it on youtube as well as Caliber Home Loans.

If you see these reviews and continue to use Caliber Home Loans you have no one to blame for your troubles but yourself. Tried to refi my home, and they basically would not do it. My application was passed on from person to person, no warning of any deadlines, cost me a $500 home appraisal, no return calls, no return e-mails, nothing until 120 days later when they informed me that we would have to start over with a different rate because of expired time lines. (this was a 50% of the mortgage refi with good credit and very little debt type of situation) They would not let me escalate or speak to anyone senior in the management chain. They just don't care about the customers after they got you. So many folks are just excited to get their homes but don't take the time to research this company at the time of buying a home. I have since refi with another company and can't be happier. You have been warned.....
