El peor servicio bancario en mi vida cuando hablas a customer service 2 hotas y 30 min para hablar con un representate y aun no me soluciono la peor expericia en banco el que pueda mantenerse lejos de esta institución sera lo mejor. Cuando yo tome mi prestamo ni me pidieron consentimiento si queria ser su cliente es un banco terrible

Only giving 1 star due to the fact that their website has them open for business on a Saturday 9am-1pm. And they were CLOSED! Not another bbva for miles. Please get info updated. What a waste if time and gas.

I went in with my husband today to open a new account. We sat with Alberto Garcia and I was asking questions about fees after he explained about accounts, I'm not sure why he was offended by me however he I found him to be very rude and arrogant. I say quietly rest of time there as read reviews on bank he walked away and I pleaded with my hubby to not open account at this bank based on experience from encounter with Alberto Garcia.He opened account we shall see.
