I always have good service they're super nice also. I had a international trip and I was making sure I was covered in all the countries I was visiting. Needless to say I was handed excellent service even though I called 6 times in one day lol. I never worry about weird fees either. And when I go to the atm I can instantly print out my bank statement. And when I run out of deposit slips the employees have some for me. LOVE THIS LOCATION. I even got my boyfriend to switch from Bank of America! You guys rock!

This branch is the absolute worst! Awful customer service and tellers who have absolutely no idea how to do their job. I have a business checking, personal checking, personal savings and mortgage account all through Wells Fargo. We opened all of the accounts before we moved to Little Elm and always had a very good experience with Wells Fargo. However, due to the incompetence of the employees at this branch I have decided to close all of my Wells Fargo accounts and move them over to the Chase bank across the street. If I were in-charge of the Wells Fargo branch locations, I would hire all new staff or close this branch down before all of the customers in Little Elm decide to take their business somewhere else.
