Good luck trying to close an account. No matter how many times I have complained, I still get charged a $3.00 image statement fee on an account that has had zero activity for over three months. Is this some kind of scam to collect NSF fees?

I receive excellent customer service at this branch location. They always remember my name, and make me feel appreciated. In fact, there are closer banks to my home and my work, but I don't mind driving out of the way to do my business with them.
