Our company issues comdata checks to certain employees and they like to cash checks at PLS. We recently had an issue with a check because PLS entered the wrong check number when they called in for authorized. PLS wanted to charge us a $30 fee for their mistake. When we tried to correct the problem, the "supervisor" Melissa said it was comdata's fault. I asked her to take care of it with comdata and she refused. She just wanted our company to eat the $30. I continued to ask her to take care of it, as we are the customer and shouldn't be inconvenienced. She refused. I asked to speak with the manager and she said she was the supervisor. We will never use this company again! Worst customer service, completely ignorant and VERY rude.

A shift supervisor on a Saturday afternoon doesn't know how to get paperwork from other locations verify the it is vaild, overall a waste of valuable time thanks to uneducated ppl without common sense named Lizette. Nice one PLS !!

They'll cash just about any check but the customer service is seriously lacking.
