I got rejected from two credit cards and had more trouble getting my first house because unbeknownst to me these people put a debt my dad owed in my credit report without checking if the socials/birthdates/other information matched. Evil

disrespectful employees when trying to handle you debt, when asked to talk to a supervisor they put you through to a message service. This is by far the worst collection service I have had to work thorugh especially considering I called them to clear up a credit mistake on their part. Good luck if you have to deal with these people.

i wish i could rate them with negative stars. Its practically fraud. To the person two years ago who said we dont pay our bills, you sir are a moron. they transfer debts from dead company files and try to get money people have either paid or been dropped. they just want money. i would suggest no one send them money. go to a verified crediting agency and ask them to take over your claim. they will know what to do.
