Capital One Bank in Carrollton, TX

I have always received excellent service here, from the time I opened my account until currently, I have never had a bad experience. Always helpful and friendly. :)

Helps alot in all ways great

The branch manager Miguel couldn't figure out how to to cash a cashiers check I had drafted FROM a Capital one bank. He was rude to my contractor who was trying to cash the check, is incompetant, and the main capitalone customer service said they had never heard of the errors Miquel claimed he had trying to handle this. Never go to this branch for anything, ever!!!!

I have banked with Capital One for over a decade, been into many branches and this was notably one of the least fulfilling experiences I've had. It has been several weeks since the incident but the encounter is worth noting. Upon entrance a suited gentleman was leaned over the teller counter as I entered and upon eye contact didn't bother to give any type of greeting and walked back into his office. A single cubicle teller was available and escorted me back to the desk. (I got the impression he felt he could've had something better to do). I stopped here instead of my usual branch for 'convenience' as I was in another part of town. I went in to add on and make changes to my account. He was able to assist in opening a savings however the main purpose on going he basically said it wasn't possible to do yet did not offer any other options. I wanted to make this change because I was told I would be able to make the addition by another branch, some time ago. Because of the fantastic service I have received from surrounding branch tellers and managers, luckily this may be isolated. If you are going in to make a simple transaction here, maybe but I would suggest another branch if you want to ensure people are better about at least putting on the impression that they give a care about handling your money.
