Using Wells Fargo has been BY FAR the worst experience with "professionals" I have ever encountered. Although I was approved for the loan and purchased the house I wanted, the process was AWFUL. They are disorganized, have NO sense of timeliness, and, truthfully, don't know their business as well as a real mortgage broker. Stay away (especially from Judy Packard, one of the "consultants").
