Great customer service. Yes the drive thru can be congested and slow but we don't know what the people in front of us are doing or why its taking more than 5 minutes. If it's pay day or the day before or after a holiday, of course there will be a bunch of people in the drive through. Once I get to the window it takes only a few minutes to get taken care of. I've been a member for 10 plus years and would never change banks. Everyone is super helpful and I've never had an issue. Love this bank.
