TB&T just handled the mortgage for our new house. We got a very competitive interest rate and the fees were very reasonable, not something that happens often with local banks. Dana and Joey were great to work with, very professional and friendly. Throughout the application process, I only ever waited more than 30 minutes for an e-mail reply once. Knowing we were driving in from out of town, Dana brought the cashier's check to our closing so we wouldn't have to make an extra stop that morning. All in all, the level of service was spectacular.
