Tom's Pawn & Wholesale Jewelry in Murfreesboro, TN

I've been to Tom's several times over the past years, buying and selling different items. Each time I go to Tom's, they are always fair and reasonably priced on all of their items. The owner is always there and he is ALWAYS friendly and willing to help out customers. The staff is always willing to help find items even if they don't have it in their own shop. The store is always clean and even if they are busy, they still find the time to treat you like you're the only customer in the store! If you don't believe me about how clean Tom's is, then check out their virtual tour on Google, the store is spotless! If you're in a bad spot and need some help, they are always willing to loan the most in town. I would recommend Tom's to anyone and I will continue to come back and do business with them!

Tom's Pawn is an excellent pawn shop! The store is always clean and organized. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about all products sold in the shop. Also, the customer service is superb! They are always willing to help without being pushy! Another thing I liked is that the staff carried my heavy items to my car for me. They went the extra mile without being asked. All the items I have purchased from Tom's have been in great condition and quality. The loans they do in the shop are quick, easy, and they really do give the best prices in town for items I have personally sold. I will definitely be back to Tom's in the future!

I called them to get a price quote but first I asked if they take collectibles, the man on the phone was rude and said in a loud tone "NOPE." I then apologized for bothering them and he groaned then hung up. I'm not sure about store experience, but I now I know not to go to the place for pawning.
