Adam Carney and FCM are wonderful to work with. We bought our first home in May 2014. This was a hectic time, as we were expecting our first baby in August. He made the process as easy as possible but also thoroughly explained every step. I like to know details and understand numbers and he was very patient with me. Their rates were low and they are local, which was great! I was very comfortable by the end of the process and trust Adam to take care of our mortgage needs. He continues to stay in touch and we will be coming back to FCM when we decide to buy our next home.
