Ascend Federal Credit Union in Murfreesboro, TN

Recently set up a couple of accounts here, and had a great customer service experience. Mr. Keith Holt is the man who helped me out, it was a very quick and to-the-point visit. I had to get something else taken care of the next day and Mr. Holt went out of his way to assist me in setting up an additional account and making sure I was squared away that same day. I highly recommend using this facility and especially Mr. Holt.

Smyrna Tennessee location is awful long waits in line...there is only one friendly bank tail on that whole site....PITIFUL!!!!!

I live the new age technology route this bank is taking. Everyone is always friendly, if I have to go in. But with all the new ways to banking, I rarely need to go inside the bank.

I had one last check made payable to a community center scratched it out so my husband could make a very important transaction and made it out to cash. I initialed it and signed my name. They wouldn't cash the check for him even though he banks there too and had over 10,000$ in his business account. I worked at a bank for 8 years and accepted checks like this before no problem. Way to help your customers out when they are in a bind. Keeping my acct but not opening anything else with them. The check was only 800$ he was more than good for it.
