As a relatively new customer to US Bank they make things very difficult for you and D a call center is not up to snuff by any stretch the people are rude if not cool when you asked some questions for the most part I am disappointed with the attitude of the call center people's answering questions are so obtuse when you ask him something and they don't have the answers for it or they hang up on you deliberately

Avoid this failure. Like all other U.S. Bancorp business units, the Corporate Trust Services unit will do nothing to protect your assets. They will actively assist third party embezzlement, theft, and pilfering; then threaten you when you complain.
