CLOSED REFINANCE LOAN. This was the best experience I have had with home loans, and I work for a banking Institute. We refinanced and greatly reduced our monthly mortgage rate and payment . Mike was honest and transparent throughout the process. Semper delivered a loan with a lower rate and fees compared with four other companies including the bank I work for, and closed within 15 days.
