NW Preferred Federal Credit Union in Tigard, OR

Three times I have attempted to use this credit union. The first time I was told I had to wait while the clerk attended to her personal business. The second time I was treated as though I was bothering the clerk and the third time I was told I was rude and could use the ATM in the parking lot. The clerk did not know what a transit routing number was until I explained it to her She told me I was rude and refused to deposit my money into my account and told me I could use the ATM in the parking lot.
