Wells Fargo Bank in Tigard, OR

I am fairly happy with my bank

definitely had a memorable experience, came in to cash my deposit from the apartment i got back. And my name + 52 Johnson was on the check, 52 being my apartment number. and was told that Mr. 52 Johnson had to be present in order for me to cash it, ummmm apparently you don't have to have an education to realize nobody names their kid 52. She said she would not be able to help me out until he is present...I almost canceled my account cause that was the most ridiculous answer I have ever heard. Thank God for phone deposits, my phone app happily excepted the check and money was in my account. I was so heated since I have been broke for over a week and just wanted to get some food. Then the dumb lady told me to have a nice day, I honestly wanted to trip her and push her down...what a snob. Only went here cause it was convenient, but I'd rather go all the way across town and have my original bank help me cause they actually HELP their clients, not turn them away.

This is my go-to Wells Fargo bank and I love it. The people there are very friendly and inviting and they know my name! I suggest this location!

This is the best bank in the world great people

Unprofessional when handling private customer information and soliciting account specific products in a public grocery store. Wouldn't suggest using this branch or any branch in a Safeway for that matter.
