very, very rude

Tom, from Anderson & Associates, called looking to speak with management in an effort to gain our business. When I explained that the owners were not available he said, "Fine, then I won't be calling to you for your services either!" and then he hung up before I could take a message. If this is any reflection of how Anderson and Associates does business I don't think we would be working with them anyway. I thought this review might be helpful to others. This representative was very immature and unprofessional.*I also looked into their Better Business Bureau (BBB) rating and they have nothing but complaints on this company.

Jim Thomas has really poor people skills and shouldn't be depended on to collect debts. It's like dealing with a spoiled 12-year old who thinks he has a right to borrow the car; he says I owe a business money, and it's pure fantasy! As I tried to explain to Jim how this so-called debt had no basis in fact, he kept trying to interrupt me, but when I continued to explain, he hung up. How does this guy make a living doing this? Doesn't the act of debt collection begin with something like, "I have a document that says you owe money"? He jumps right to "pay up" without stating why. I hope he sues me so I can counter sue, win, and get him out of my life.

Absolutely one of the most detestable experiences I've had in a long time. They were attempting to collect a debt from a former employee. We responded to the garnishment and thought nothing more until we got a summons from the court. I prompting called, faxed a copy of the garnishment (stating the employee no longer worked here), a payroll summary showing the date of his last check and that there had been nothing since. Unless WE paid them they were going to continue to take us to court under the pretense that the employee had been working here and we were not paying the garnishment! They threatened, bullied and attempted to manipulate us into paying them, when we had done nothing wrong. Do not provide them your business or you could be their next target!!

Got a good one ... Sleezy landlord ... Even sleezier collection agency... Attached my uncles name to a debt that had nothing to do with him... Thankfully it was cleared up... But to my suprise 2 years later I check my credit score and report you guys still claiming I owe you money? My bankruptcy in 2014 would show otherwise? How and why are you still!!!!!!! Reporting on this! Can't wait to call you tomorrow!
