Sunrise Mortgage in Oregon City, OR

We worked with Sunrise Mortgage, a division of Sunset Mortgage. If we could have switched companies, we would have, expect it would have delayed our house purchase by over a month. NONE of the people I worked with there were competent, including the boss/office manager. They didn't return our calls, and when they did, they gave either incomplete or inaccurate information. The assistant was SO RUDE, going on and on about how we were going to have to bring extra money to closing because of our appraisal, and she wouldn't listen to me. If she would have stopped and bothered to open our file, she would have seen that none of that applied to us. When it came time to close they requested an extra document, which postponed our closing by 24 hours, and no one bothered to actually CALL and tell us that. We were left ready to move and no where to go. I would definitely recommend doing business somewhere else.
