I set an appointment to see a mortgage officer, but when I arrived was told it would be another 20 minutes. I left after 15. Guess they didn't want my business that bad. Key Bank got my business. That was quick and easy.

This branch never answers their phones, some day's not at all and other days I have to redial 15 times to get someone to answer. I have talked to a bank rep. about this and no change in response times.
