I've been a customer since 1998, but new to this location. With 3 checking accounts, 1 savings account, a 410k account and a mortgage, I would think that I am a valuable customer. I get random fees, hacked checking accounts etc. Lack of training and basic customer service procedures have made me want to review my bank and contemplating on moving banks due to this location. Wells Fargo banking has been good to me for years, this location needs an overhaul! New management? Update: I've transferred to a new bank. Very disappointing.
