I did a few loans with this place as was happy until my last experiance of going in to pay my payment 5 min early at one store and being told they dont open til 9am. Well thats nice I have to be at work at 9am. So later that night after I get off work I go into another branch and i'm told they closed but I walked in to the office and can not take my money.But what they can do is charge you a 10 day late fee and a 5 dollar over the phone payment fee if you work a monday through friday 9 to 7 job. Yes I know about the drop box but im sure they would not drop there money through a box with out a recipt!

First even tho I have full coverage insurance they have added insurance to the car I'm financing through then with out my permission or consent and charing me almost 2000.00 for it . Then they send the bill out so when I get it , it's already late so I have to pay a late fee . So the car I financed for 5200. Is now costing me over 7400. Do not even think it's legal for them to add onto my contact without my knowledge or consent.

We got financed for a car in July. They agreed that our first payment would be due on August 29th and from the very beginning we told them that the first payment would be sent to them on September 1st. They do not have a feature to pay online and we were told that we had a 9-day grace period to get the payment in. They started calling and harassing us before the first payment was even due. Now, here it is on September 3 (4 days into the 9-day grace period) and we just had to talk to somebody from a... and let me be very clear about this... third party collection agency, taking pictures to make sure that it was the right car before they REPO IT and it hasn't even gone past the grace period!!! Now, we have a letter that the collection person gave us telling us that a collection fee has been assessed to our account. Sorry United Finance, I have no intention of paying that B.S. fee. You can eat that one... Are you f-ing kidding me??? Predatory collection practices come to mind, as does harassment. Makes me wonder how many laws they just violated. Go ahead and try to retaliate United Finance, I am not afraid of you.
