basically a scam with some of the rudest people i've encountered. my balance was paid in full with a 0 balance. auto pay took $183 from my account. and when i called to ask, the receptionist told me a manager would call back within that day. no call. then when i call back all the manager said was "its a busy office..." i've been to the office several times. never is it too busy for a manager to call someone back given 24 hrs. good luck with your "busy schedule". never do business with these people.
