Bank of the West employees are always helpful, go out of their way to help with big deposits. They are quick to answer questions and will call headquarters/other branches for you to get help. I am very pleased with their service.

I am blown away with the personal approach this branch takes towards their customers. I opened an account with Christopher and he walked me though the hold process. After finishing all the paperwork he took me around the bank showing me around. The VP of the bank even walked up and introduced himself giving me his card. Coming from a "BIG" bank this was all new to me. Everyone was really friendly and I did not once see a line. I can not give a full review of Bank of the West but this is a review of the Bank of the West Tanasbourne Branch.
