Worst bank experience ever all the bank tellers there are most all idiots I would never recommend this branch of this Bank ever go to the downtown Wells Fargo branch they'll take care of you they're the best Albany 1st Street Wells Fargo branch is awesome

Most checkers are friendly but every time I go, no matter what I do, it takes for ever. Getting more and more frustrated.

This bank treats you like absolute garbage. The only reason this review got 1 star was because it wouldn't let me give a negative star. The tellers are absolutely horrible woth customer service and need to be retrained or rehomed.
