Every time I visit Fowler Volkswagen I'm always treated like family. The service department is exceptional. They are always very helpful and informative and always follow up with me a couple of days after my visit to make sure my car is performing properly.

Awesome customer service and great value for service and repair compared to other dealerships. Worth the drive to get such amazing service. It would be hard to believe someone could walk away unsatisfied. My service advisor was the best I've ever had thanks Brian. Kye was very helpful and eager to help in anyway she could.

My daughter needed a new car to head off to college in and we stopped by Fowler VW to look at a used car we found online. It was exactly what she wanted and Zack and his manager made it easy for us to drive it home. They gave us lots of info, there was absolutely no pressure, and plenty of patience (as I was ill prepared that day and trying to work and shop at the same time). It was a Friday and I came back to the dealership on Monday to wrap some things up, and everyone was still friendly and helpful. Easy and painless...

They were very willing to work with me on getting to a price we could both agree on. They weren't pushy like some salesmen can be which I really appreciated. Very patient and answered all the questions I had and then some. I also liked that I was the one to approach the salesman rather than driving onto the lot and being bombarded like other dealerships do. I would definitely say it was the most positive experience I've had buying a new vehicle (this was my third). Would do it again if I hadn't bought such a great vehicle already! :)

After several months of discussion, I am happy to report that the general manager will be helping manage my expectation to have some repairs reimbursed. Jim has assured me that I will get credit to future repairs, and I am happy with the final response. The sales department did a great job in the beginning, but the service department had issues after purchase was complete. Some turn over at the service department may be to blame for the situation, so I am back to recommending Fowler VW for future purchases. I feel like they do their best to be fair, but sometimes it takes time to get to the right person to get the situation resolved. Be patient, and they seem to be responsive.
