EZPAWN in Norman, OK

Terrible experience told us one price then changed it when we showed up to pick it up, took forever I recommend shopping other pawn shops

This store is agonizingly slow and unorganized. The employees have no sense of urgency in anything they are doing. On a positive note, if you frequent the store like I do, they give you better deals especially if u have a good customer standing with the.

pawned a macbook and picked it up a week later. macbook has no obvious signs of damage but mysteriously won't turn on, charge, anything a computer usually does. now it's a paper weight and i'll never return. (also appears the gun stands inside are metal and they slide them down the front of the barrel. Can't be good for them. scratching a pretty important part of the gun there).

These people are crooks. Got delayed on an AR15, that's fine. Waited 3 days, called and they said there was a proceed. I was excited so I left work (on he north side of OKC) drove 45 min just to be told they were mistaken and there was no proceed. Very disappointed but still not huge. The next day I called to check the status and was put on hold for 15 min, no problem I had to go to the bank anyway so I waited on my headset. Got disconnect I called back, waited about 10 min again! they finally said no proceed. I said ok I'd like to cancel the sale I will just get one on armslist (due to the very poor service I have received to this point). Very disgruntled the girl said I don't even know how to do that hold on, waited again, she came back and sis there would be a $100 restocking fee! No joke. I said ok I'm walking in you guys can keep that hundred. I walk in and there is a huge line and the girl looks at me like she doesn't know why I'm there. I ask for the refund and she says very catty "I don't even know how to do it." I said can you get someone that does? She said "uhhhh yeahhh, can you wait in linnnneeend I'll TRY to find someone who can do it. Well it's Friday and quittntime so no I'm not playing these games. I also was just on the phone with you guys for accumulative of 30 min. She was just mad I wasn't buying their expensive AR. Even with those crooks keeping my money I'm better off in the long run, I will get a better quality rifle and I won't have to deal with their disgusting service! I do however feel better about writing this review, I hope you take it as a warning and don't do any type of business there.

These people are the biggest crooks I've ever dealt with. I was having financial hard times so I pawned one of my guitars. It was nothing fancy, just a $300 guitar but only 3 months old in mint condition and they said the most they could give me was $30. Are you serious!? I guarantee they'd sell it for $250. Makes me sick how they treat people, I'll never use them again.
