My son and I were looking to open an account. The only person there that day who could help us was Danielle, the General Manager. She frowned a lot, was unwelcoming, and avoided eye contact. This was not the way I wanted to start a new relationship with a new bank. She also tried to tell us that our address did not exist and they couldn't open an account for us. Mind you this is an address where I receive VA medications, official mail, tax returns, and packages...but it doesn't exist.? Perhaps if she were a little friendlier about the situation, I wouldn't have left with such a bad taste in my mouth. Just needed to add something. It gets worse than this folks. I tried calling their national customer service line and the man who answered the call would not even let me speak. It is a testament to the way men with this company feel they can talk to women. As if anything we have to say isn't important. CEO is a rich white man...go figure.
