Wouldn't notarize documents for my father in law because it wasn't a "Wells Fargo document". Then sent me to the post office, which does not notarize documents. Terrible customer service. My father in law is 100% disabled, in a wheelchair, and is a customer of Wells Fargo...

Isn't it funny how people only put bad stuff and never go online when there's good stuff to say.... So it makes a business seem bad. But this particular Wells Fargo is by my boyfriend's house and since i live in Las Cruces, when I'm here in Rio rancho, I go here often to deposit my half of my rent into my nieces account so she can pay the rent... Everyone here is nice, polite and very helpful. I've never once got a weird look or the third degree why I was making this deposit. Every bank has problems and of course issues come up, but this bank has good ppl. I also banked with Wells Fargo in California for almost 10 years... Completely satisfied!!

The teller was not friendly and acted if he was better than me. I was thinking to change to this bank but thanks to him i will not.
