It has been a fiasco dealing with this bank/banker. We jumped through dozens of hoops to change our business accounts. Our business was promised a rate of 0.5% on our merchant services account based on the relationship WellsFargo has with First Data, American Express, and the other credit card companies. So, there were "no additional fees " like the interchange rate. We were assured that switching to WellsFargo would save us and each of our franchises hundreds of dollars per month. None of this has proven true. Our fees amounted to 2.35% this month and we are paying more than at our previous bank. There are also dozens of additional fees that were not disclosed (like checking to see if a check has cleared). How many others were told this same thing? Very disappointed with the bill of goods we've been sold.

Saturday mornings at the branch are consistently a horrible experience. I just don't get why they can't figure out how to sufficiently staff a bank. Literally 25 people online, 3 tellers and one customer doing a 20 minute plus transaction. The bank staff tries but good God it's just a staffing model. Here's a hint for your model. Add customer wait time into your calculations. Management at this branch should be embarrassed at how the place is run. Horrible. Bank at another branch.

I went into this Wells Fargo today because the other one is closed , and typically I don't like going into this one bc I feel like they are always rude. I walked in and I was the only one waiting in line and five black women just stared at me instead of asking me Welcome to Wells Fargo how can I help you so I stood there for a good 3 min and I was the ONLY one waiting until a guy at the end took me. After that people started coming in and the black women took a black man asked him how he was doing how is his morning I felt so disrespected this is the world we live in and it's sad bc I've never done anything to those women personally and I felt like I was Mistreated without even any interaction. I won't be going back in if I don't have to .

wow so im inside the bank. one customer being helped. few other tellers doing nothing, kept me waiting for a few mins. i walkedout after 5 mints waiting on this lazy employees.then i google this branch and realize i had just walked out of a 2 star rating place i was happy i left. i don't see my self doing business at this branch or perhaps at wells fargo at all. bad bad customer service.
