Fidelity Bank in Garner, NC

This specific Fidelity bank is one of the most efficiently run banks in the area, not to mention the beautiful staff and the welcoming environment. They are the ones I go to for my banking needs and are always fast,accurate, and professional. Many Thanks!

This place I not recommend to no body

Fidelity bank on line banking is very unfriendly. New system is actually the worst. I am not sure the person decided on this is still employed there (I hope not!!). They changed the system a year ago and it is almost impossible to access to the old records. I will stop doing business with Fidelity.

Do not bank here do not go here for anything. My mother received a check from her lawyer and was told by her lawyer to go to this bank to cash it becausethis is where he sends his clients. After asking a teller if she could speak to the manager because it was a large check the ignorant teller ask why she needs a manager and says she can help. Long story short the teller sees the check, says it's too large and the manager agrees. My mother calls the lawyer he sends his assistant to the bank and after the manager and teller take a break from being extremely rude they cash the check and the manager said " All you need to do is sign the check if it were up to me you wouldn't even be in here." He's racist and I'm contacting corporate. AND BY THE WAY "a Google user" is either the manager or employee you aren't fooling anybody.

Banking done with a personal touch. The whole staff is extremely friendly and personable. Fidelity has been taking care of us for over 15 years and have never disappointed us. Thanks guys!
