Excellent branch of CFCU - Warren Murray is the Branch Operations Manager and is wonderful at what he does. Very professional, personable and knowledgeable. I work around the corner, but would drive out of my way to go to THIS branch.

Their ATMs are extremely old, slow and over beep at you for creased money. There was 2 ATMs but for some odd reason they converted one of them into a drive up teller which nobody ever uses and is only available 7-7. So literally there's one atm available in this area and it probably isn't accepting deposits. Another annoyance is the atm will literally take you threw all the steps and then when your finally ready to shove the cash in, it says unavailable. Why waste my time? Also why do we have 2 different machines that practically do the same thing? Can we have machines that do both? It can't be that hard

I too do not understand all the negative reviews, I have nothing but good experience from CFCU for over 30 years..and the employees at this branch is very nice and helpful..

I'm a member at this bank and I'm currently considering leaving. They recently 'upgraded' to new chip enabled credit cards which is fine, except for the fact that my CC was cancelled last week and I won't receive my replacement until later this week (so they say). If you use your cc for auto drafting utility payments I'm sure you understand the chore it has already been to update all of those locations but now I have to use an alternative payment method which is just a hastle. I didn't sign up for a new card and I would definitely expect to receive it BEFORE my old card is disactivated. When I called they pretended like this was standard. I'm not satisfied and I will be shopping around.

Terrible customer service. Request Ed name change and new card. Got new card but still old name. Plus, cancelled current card before replacement came. While On Vacation. Why not wait til I activate the new one??? Always something with these jokers.
