I LOVED this credit union....especially the entire staff on Pony Farm Road. Never in my history of 30+ years of banking all over the world have i found a better banking institution (mostly due to the incredible staff on Pony Farm Road)This staff ALWAYS went above and beyond for their members....treating each truly as family!!!! The CEO of Inova made a grave mistake by shutting this branch down as this area is one of the fastest growing in businesses and populations in NC. Should of done your homework on this one....you just lost a lot of old and new customers which means you just lost a lot of $$$$$$$$. Sorry to be leaving this institution....but the branch and staff on PONY FARM ROAD was the reason I was with Inova FCU.
