Not even worth 1 star. I cashed a check from an insurance co that was on a wells fargo check. About $800. First i was told that a warning came up and they had to call a number to verify check. I called insurance rep who issued check, he said shouldn't be a problem. I gave cell phone to teller to talk directly with him but didn't help. TRACEE LASEERE, was the teller. handling the transaction. She was very condescending and arrogant. The man stationed at the door asked her about it and she said she was looking for the phone number! Unbelievable! After over an hour i finally got the money. I will never go to the Clayton branch, and am glad I don't have an account at this bank. Very rude and unprofessional.

Very disappointed in Wells Fargo. I have been banking with WF for about two years. I inquired for my elderly mother about refinancing her home. I spoke briefly with a lady across from the tellers. She said the lady that handles mortgages was busy but she'd be right with me. Twenty minutes later, I had to leave. I provided her my name and number. She stated that she would call me the tomorrow (Tuesday). It's now Thursday & still no call. I will DEFINITELY being closing my accounts at Wells Fargo. You don't have to provide me the best of service; however, I expect the best of service for my elderly mother. Shame on you Clayton Wells Fargo.
