I've had a few dealings with mortgage companies in the past and they were less than pleasant. Information changed constantly, things were left out, and there were frantic phone calls from the broker to fix their mistakes. Working with this company was the exact OPPOSITE! I closed yesterday on a home loan after working with Mark Jenkins. Seriously-this company is legit. Mark took us through everything and actually listened to what we wanted. He provided a loan based on our feedback-not the loan he wanted to sell. Through the whole process he was super efficient and relaxed, which helped us feel better. This is a huge decision for the buyer and its so nice to not be treated like a number from some salesperson looking to make a commission. The process was great, my payment was exactly as I planned, and the contract closed on the exact date we selected. Great service and a great experience-I would HIGHLY recommend Carolina Mortgage Authority and especially Mark Jenkins.

Where should i start with this company Dale joslin has been my life saver, they didnt treat me as a number like other morgage company. He helped me build my credit tought me how to increase my credit score quicky so i can get my dream fullfill. All i knew when i met dale 1 and half years ago i wanted a house of my own. He made it so easy and painful job for us. I dont know how to thanks carolina a morgage. Made a whole loan process very easy and painless.
