Clearline Mortgage, Inc. in Cary, NC

I recently just did refinance with them, I am not thrilled by their quality of service - 1. they are slow and have changed my closing statement and delayed the closing several times due to the last minute request for information, why cannot they be more organized and not assume things?. 2 they don't think in the shoes of consumer, e.g. they didn't advise customer on the differences of the closing date. I ended up having to pay three extra days of overlapping interest ($150) which can be avoided. 3. the lender they worked with is very inflexible, it has always been either their way or no way, e.g. they asked to scan every document I sent. over all I am not satisfied with their service.

Initially the services are great, All changes after you sign the disclosure. Lesser the Loan Value, lesser the service. Closing figures had changed right before the closing. Had to postpone the closing. First I was told that the closing has been changed, 2 days later I get a call saying that, your closing is today at 3.pm. Me and my wife had to rush from work to make it up there.

When I called to ask about refinancing my home they picked up the phone and said hello. When I asked if it was Clearline Mortgage he said "yes. Who is this?". He seemed confused and annoyed that a stranger would call. He then put me on hold. I didn't speak with him further because after being on hold for 5 minutes I hung up. In my opinion if you are a mortgage broker you should be more professional and not be rude when a potential customer calls.
