I had an appointment with the banker on 3/30 at this location to open an account for my husband and I. I took off work early and got there on time to find out that this banker has went home...no reason left and there is no other banker to help. What?? That's like going to McDonalds and finding out they don't have burgers! Like do you not want my money? Very unprofessional. I called St. Charles brand and explained to them what happened and they set me up right away! So I guess I will be going there from now on :)
