BoA is the worst bank ever. They charge for way more than any other bank for services. I would seriously condider banking elsewhere

My husband has been a long time account holder and has recently joined the Air Force. While he's away for training, I made a visit to this branch to update our profiles. I sat with a banker and she offered me the number to the boa military department stating that they assist with financial accounts such as auto loans, etc. I was misinformed, they will only assist if the loan is with BOA. So I return about a month later to request a courtesy fax of his orders be faxed over his auto loan company but the branch manager Mary refused and turned me away. We will be taking our business elsewhere due to lack of courtesy on BOA's behalf.
