I've been a member at the OFallon branch for ten years, employees are very efficient,always kind, even if I'm a bit ruffeled about a situation that may have gone wrong, they understand clients may make mistakes and investigate the situation with members to understand and resolve any situation. Never too busy to help members understand any available services. I'd never want to bank anywhere else. Thank you for your service.

very disorganized, untrustworthy, extremely difficult to get a person on the phone...the last straw was when they lost my auto payment...I was on the phone for 30 min when the finally found the payment that was made 6 weeks earlier...I expect a higher level of competence from an organization that handles money.
