Had to cancel accounts including a business account. 1. They NEVER answer your phone calls even hours after. 2.They make continuous accounting mistakes some corrected by personal bankers some result in charges to your account. 3. They have no means to accomidate businesses that frequently go out of town. 4. They have ridiculous policies regarding mobile deposit which restricts your access to your own money when out of town.

I have been doing business at Commerce for a while. Wouldn't really recommend it. Definitely not the best bank out there. I have had a lot of problems with fees they don't tell me about. This branch in particular will give you some trouble. I guess that can be expected for a lot of banks, but I can't give it more than 3 stars.

Don't waste your valuable time! Waited on hold for an agent for over 25 minutes during normal business hours. Called back and nicely asked for a manager and the little miss attitude refused. Said all she could do was put me back in que. Is this how much you respect my time? I never got my task accomplished. Arrogant bankers want us to use the website, hoping if they make the customer service so terrible it drives us to the site, so they hope. Cut payroll... Only have one person, or no person actually working. Well, only problem is I needed to speak to a human and didn't have time/will never have time to wait that long. H O R R I B L E excuse for a bank. Never again.
