I had a unit with combs for almost a year. I was late on a payment an called it in by phone, the next day went up to put something in an they still had there lock on my door, I had to ask someone to take it off an got a bunch of lip from the girl at the desk. When i moved out in june i gave them notice 2 weeks in advance i was no longer needing there unit,an so i wouldnt be charged for another month. Well evedently the wonderful attendent at the desk didnt make note of what i said. And now im in a battle with these morons an there collection agency because they say i owe them the 58.00 dollars from my bill plus late fees totaling 274.00. Im sorry but what part of i was moved out before the 1st of the month an i no longer need your services dont they understand. Everyone do yourselfs a big favor an stay away from these stupid people , They are ignorant an dont deserve to have good peoples money. They will stick it to you every chance they get.
