Very very slow workers. Wait 30 minutes for a simple deposit. 6 people working and only two doing the telling while the others stand and talk to each other.

Friendly people but the wait in line needs to be addressed, seriously. I shouldn't have to wait 15-30 min. each time I need $ or need to make a deposit. Get more tellers working peak periods.

The manager, instead of helping the one banker working, sat in her office. She didn't come out to help or offer words of encouragement as we all sat waiting. She just pretended like we didn't exist. Horrible experience after my bank card number was stolen. Taking a bad day to worse. Customer service matters in times like these.
