Mortgages Unlimited:Joe Metzler in West Saint Paul, MN

I refinanced my home through Joe Metzler at Mortgages Unlimited in St Paul. I applied online July 7th and closed yesterday (Aug 10th). He and Mortgages Unlimited are the BEST people to handle a loan, and I really LOVED their new "MUI On The Go" mobile app which kept me informed step by step through the process. Absolutely love Joe, Eric, and his team at Mortgages Unlimited's St Paul office!

Joe is the most knowledgeable mortgage guy in the biz. Spent a great amount of time with me and walked me through, every step of the way. He doesn't gouge you on commissions either. Trust no one else with your most important purchase.

I am not sure what the good reviews are about. I have worked with several other mortgage lenders previously and have never had someone so disrespectful and rude. I have successfully worked with other lenders at this facility and I was pleased with those transactions. Sorry Mortgages Unlimited but I won't be returning ot recommending you based upon this employee. He was rude, disrespectful, pompous, slow to return communication and quite frankly inadequate compared to other lenders I have successfully worked with.

The hole experience was a good one these people are honest and willing to work with you and listen to all of your concerns. I was turned down at two other places for a loan and it took Joe a week to get me a loan. If I ever need another loan I will be going here for it
